The Original Hot Yoga condensed to 60 minutes with all 26 postures included.

Original Hot Yoga 60 (with music)
This 60-minute Original 26&2 Hot Yoga sequence offers limited verbal instruction and is led to music. The instructor will practice at the front of the room and verbally provide cues to move the class from one posture to the next.

Hot Hiit Pilates (50 min)
This "High-intensity-interval-training" class focuses on multiple Pilates positions, with a somewhat different sequence each and every class including cardio exercises, all the while maintaining Pilates Tabata-style principles, unlike standard mat Pilates.
