Having grown up playing competitive sports, such as hockey, soccer and snowboarding, Lauren has always been passionate about movement.
Her mission is to help you feel strong, empowered and confident, encouraging you to safely try new postures or sequences.
Marieke has been practicing hot yoga since 2007 when she was first introduced to it by a close friend. It has transformed her life, physically and mentally, every day since. As a new teacher, she is so grateful and excited to share her passion for this therapeutic practice with you all!
Lauren brings a powerful blend of mindfulness, somatic awareness, and HIIT-inspired energy to every class. Growing up with her mom as a Pilates teacher, she found her passion for movement and wellness. Now studying Naturopathic Medicine, Lauren’s approach blends strength, breath, and mindful movement for a burn that leaves you feeling refreshed and empowered.
Anna is passionate about guiding students toward their strongest, most flexible, and most balanced selves—both physically and mentally. Through mindful movement and deep connection to breath, she helps students tune into their bodies, build resilience, and unlock their full potential. 
Vernon is a dynamic instructor with a passion for powerful, intentional movement.Expect precision, flow, and intelligent sequencing—set to a thoughtfully curated playlist that keeps you energized and engaged. Oh, and maybe a few bad jokes along the way.
Paroma is a dedicated fitness professional. Passionate about promoting physical and mental wellness, she specializes in Vinyasa/Hatha Yoga and her classes will help you achieve transformative results.
Emma is passionate about helping others find joy and expression in life, both on and off the yoga mat. She believes that the body is a wondrous place to learn about self and purpose, and being of service to others is her ultimate path.
She has lived in and taught classes in the US, UK and Poland, and she is currently in the Midwifery Education Program at TMU.
Kelly is a heart centered yoga teacher who has been practicing yoga for over 20 years with a passion for breathwork, yin yoga, meditation and sound healing. She brings a calming voice and energetic spirit to every class. Sequences and playlists are curated to bring students into alignment both in the body and mind, so they leave the studio feeling more connected, peaceful, and invigorated.
Emrik has a joy and creativity that will not only make you feel like you're in good hands, but will also have you immediately feeling like you've not only benefited from a great Pilates class, but you've also made a new friend.
Many of you will recognize Emma as one of our wonderful BeHot managers, but she also teaches a Vinyasa class that brings it! Enjoy her warmth, smooth instruction and lovely energy.

Olivia is a recent graduate of the Vinyasa and OHY teacher training program at BeHot and she wants her classes to feel challenging, fun and welcoming for students. Based on Olivia's dedication and commitment to becoming a unique voice on our teaching team, you will no doubt welcome her fresh, vibrant energy and expertise. 
This kind, vibrant BeHot teacher asks you to come for the challenge, but promises to leave you feeling your best. Fresh from his training in Greece, Hayden is excited to lead you on your next Vinyasa journey.
Stephen joins BeHot with over 18 years experience and has worked internationally for some time.

He has trained national team athletes in hockey (including the NHL), basketball, track and field, rugby, synchronized swimming, and cross country skiing.

Stephen has taught over 10,000 yoga classes, but no worries, you'll only need to do one to know that he's got your back. Literally.
