Matt Zen

Matt is one of our newest teachers and he joins the roster with a zealous objective: to help you feel your best with a Vinyasa flow full of purpose and balance. He may make you work hard, but the results will be welcoming!


Matt Zen instructs the following:
  • Original Hot Yoga 90
  • All levels welcome!

    The Original Hot Yoga 26+2 series.
    This class follows the 26+2 format with 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a room heated to 40 degrees celsius.

  • Original Hot Yoga 60 (with music)
  • This 60-minute Original 26&2 Hot Yoga sequence offers limited verbal instruction and is led to music. The instructor will practice at the front of the room and verbally provide cues to move the class from one posture to the next.
     
     

  • Vinyasa Flow - Heated
  • Vinyasa yoga, also known as power yoga, is one of the most popular styles of yoga for its high-exertion, flowing, fitness approach.
