  • The 26/2 (26 postures and 2 breathing exercises) Bikram Method done in 75 min. with two sets of most postures and one set of a select few. A slightly quicker pace than a 90 minute class.

  • This is a beginner's class for all levels! This class follows the format of 26 postures (2 sets of each) and 2 breathing exercises in the Bikram Method format.

    A great introduction to Bikram Method yoga for beginners and a strong pace for experienced practitioners.
