    A great introduction to Bikram Method yoga for beginners and a strong pace for experienced practitioners.
    This class follows the 26/2 "Bikram Method" format with 26 postures (one set for some, two for others) and 2 breathing exercises.
     

  • Yang/Yin - Heated
  • A perfect combination for yogis who like to get a workout with high exertion followed by a yin "cool-down" to work the connective tissue and leave feeling invigorated and revitalized. This class has it all!
