  • Bikram Method - Hot Yoga
  • All levels welcome!
    A great introduction to Bikram Method yoga for beginners and a strong pace for experienced practitioners.
    This class follows the 26/2 "Bikram Method" format with 26 postures (one set for some, two for others) and 2 breathing exercises.
     

  • Yang/Yin - Heated
  • A perfect combination for yogis who like to get a workout with high exertion followed by a yin "cool-down" to work the connective tissue and leave feeling invigorated and revitalized. This class has it all!

  • Vinyasa Flow - Heated
  • Vinyasa yoga, also known as power yoga, is one of the most popular styles of yoga for its fast-paced, fitness approach. A great workout!  All levels welcome! The room is kept at the comfortably warm temperature of 28 degrees Celsius to help expedite the process of loosening up muscles.

  • Vinyasa Flow - Heated
  • Vinyasa yoga, also knows as power yoga, is one of the most popular styles of yoga for its fast-paced, fitness approach. A great workout and a perfect complement to your Bikram Method yoga practice. The room is kept at a warm 30 degrees celsius.

  • Yin Yoga with Reiki (last Sunday of each month)
  • Enjoy the added bonus of Reiki energy to help take you to a deeper state of calm and relaxation as you release through Yin postures. Reiki Master, Jermaine Stennett, will be present during Rory's Yin class to offer individual Reiki treatments throughout the class.
    The powerful combination of Yin and Reiki, two holistic healing techniques, helps to improve physical, mental and emotional well-being.
    This special class will take place on the last Sunday of each month. Enjoy!

  • Yin Yoga - Reduced Heat
  • A rejuvenating yoga practice to balance out your yang (Bikram and Vinyasa) with some Yin.
    Will leave you feeling calm, fresh and vibrant! The room is kept at the comfortably warm temperature of 28 degrees Celsius to help expedite the process of loosening up muscles.

  • Yin Yoga - Reduced Heat
  • A rejuvenating yoga series that will leave you feeling invigorated and refreshed. A perfect complement to your "yang" Bikram method practice and Vinyasa workout. It's all about balance after all. ; ) The room is kept at the comfortably warm temperature of 28 degrees Celsius to help expedite the process of loosening up muscles.
