  • This is a beginner's class for all levels! This class follows the format of 26 postures (2 sets of each) and 2 breathing exercises in the Bikram Method format.

    A great introduction to Bikram Method yoga for beginners and a strong pace for experienced practitioners.
    This class follows the 26/2 "Bikram Method" format with 26 postures (one set for some, two for others) and 2 breathing exercises.

  • "BeHot Beats" - Bikram yoga with music
  • The 60-minute Bikram hot yoga sequence offers limited verbal instruction and is led to music. The instructor will practice at the front of the room and verbally provide cues to move the class from one posture to the next.

  • "Hot Hiit 45" Pilates
  • A hot Pilates class that ramps up quickly and gives you a thorough, challenging workout in just 45 minutes.
    Performed on your mat, this "High-intensity-interval-training" class focuses on multiple Pilates positions, with a somewhat different sequence each and every class, all the while maintaining Pilates principles.
