All levels welcome! A great introduction to Bikram Method yoga for beginners and a strong pace for experienced practitioners. This class follows the 26/2 "Bikram Method" format with 26 postures (one set for some, two for others) and 2 breathing exercises.
Reservations for the smaller "Be" room must be cancelled within THREE HOURS of class to avoid your
class card being debited and a $10 late-cancel fee. This is due to the limited number of spots available.
You must show up 5 minutes prior to class to avoid losing your spot to someone on the waitlist.
There is no late-cancel fee for classes in the larger "Hot" room, but your class card will be debited for a no-show.
You may cancel up to five minutes before class resumes in the "Hot" room.
