Laarni Paras

Laarni is infused with a boisterous bundle of energy and enthusiasm. She has a respect for yoga that will most certainly be passed on to your sweaty self in each class she teaches.

Laarni Paras instructs the following:
  • Bikram Method - Hot Yoga
  • All levels welcome!
    A great introduction to Bikram Method yoga for beginners and a strong pace for experienced practitioners.
    This class follows the 26/2 "Bikram Method" format with 26 postures (one set for some, two for others) and 2 breathing exercises.
    Note: 6-hour late-cancel policy applies to all classes.
