    A great introduction to the Bikram series for beginners and a strong pace for experienced practitioners.
    This class follows the 26/2 Bikram method format with 26 postures (one set for some, two for others) and 2 breathing exercises.

  • Bikram Method - Hot Yoga
  • This is a beginner's class for all levels! This class follows the format of 26 postures (2 sets of each) and 2 breathing exercises in the Bikram Method format.

  • Yin Yoga - Reduced Heat
  • A rejuvenating yoga series that will leave you feeling invigorated and refreshed. A perfect complement to your "yang" Bikram method practice and Vinyasa workout. It's all about balance after all. ; ) The room is kept at the comfortably warm temperature of 28 degrees Celsius to help expedite the process of loosening up muscles.
